(English Abstract)
In the midst of competition intensification among companies, VOC (Voice of Customer) is emerging as a very important data source for management strategy. Most companies collect VOC data in various ways including telephone surveys, mail, online or onsite. In recent years, companies have even begun to collect VOC data from internet bulletin boards and social media. This data is mostly unstructured. Due to the limitations of typical data analysis for such a large volume of unstructured data, Big Data analytics engines are being used instead. In this thesis, I propose a real-time alarm push message system, using email or SMS, to alert a company whenever risk issues are detected by monitoring the company's internal VOC using a Big Data analysis engine.
