According to the data analysis of beer industry and e-commerce in China in recent years , the paper concludes the factors affecting the development of beer industry, and then aims at the main problems affecting the development of beer industry by collaborative design and analysis based on electronic commerce. With the application of system dynamics and simulation software Vensim, the paper establishes the causality in the supply chain and system dynamics flow diagram of beer industry. Further more, it builds the simplified collaborative supply chain computer model of beer industry by using Vensim /DYNAMO and then keeps the simulation. By studying the impact of logistics inventory system caused by electronic commerce information synergy processing orders, we find that this kind of E-commerce synergy can reduce resource waste of beer industry as a whole and the "bullwhip effect" in the industry will change for better to some degree. The uncertainty of the market demand and the delay of order time is the internal cause of "bullwhip effect"¡£The uncertain risks to the market demand which make merchants, retailers, and manufacturers difficult to evaluate their own responsibility is the main reason for a large amount of resources waste and low efficiency of beer industry, and the problem must be paid more attention in the beer industry supply chain at present. |
