한글내용 (Korean Abstract)	물놀이 안전사고가 매년 발생함에 따라 최근 물놀이 안전사고 예방을 위한 지능형 영상 감시 시스템이 많이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 지능형 영상 감시 시스템에서 해수욕장과 같은 복잡한 영상속의 유동적인 객체를 정확하게 감지하기 위해서 InsightCNN을 제안한다. 우선, 기초 모델을 Fully Convolutional Network의 1x1 Convolution과 ResNet의 Residual Block을 사용하여 구축하였다. 그리고 기초모델의 처음 레이어에 영상의 핵심 특징인 외곽선 특징 맵을 추가하였다. 데이터는 해운대를 촬영한 영상을 가지고 자체 데이터를 만들었다. 실험은 pretraining 된 Fully Convolutional Network와 pretraining 하지않은 Fully Convolutional Network와 Fully Convolutional Network에 InsightCNN의 핵심인 외곽선 특징 맵을 추가한 모델로 비교하였다. 실험결과를 통하여 InsightCNN의 아이디어의 우수 성을 보여준다.
영문내용 (English Abstract)	As water safety accidents occur every year, many intelligent video surveillance systems are being developed to prevent water safety accidents. In this paper, we propose InsightCNN to accurately detect moving objects in complex images, such as beaches, in intelligent video surveillance systems. First, a basic model was constructed using 1x1 Convolution of Fully Convolutional Network and Residual Block of ResNet. We added an outline feature map that shows a key feature of the image, to the initial layer of the basic model. Results of the experiment demonstrate superiority of the idea of InsightCNN.
