(Korean Abstract) |
NTIS(National Science & Technology Information Service)는 연구 개발의 기획에서 활용에 이르기까지 전 주기에 걸쳐 연구 개발의 효율성을 높이기 위해 연구 정보를 공개하고 있다. 연구 정보란 연구 프로젝트, 연구 기관, 연구자의 논문이나 특허와 같은 연구 성과물까지 연구와 관련된 모든 것을 통칭한 것을 말한다. 연구 개발에 있어서 선행 연구조사와 관련 연구 조사는 반드시 진행되어야 하는 중요한 과정 중 하나이다. 따라서, 연구 정보는 모든 사람에게 검색이나 활용이 쉽게 수행될 수 있는 방법으로 공개되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 연구 정보의 검색과 활용의 효율성을 높이기 위해 LOD(Linked Open Data)기술을 사용하여 NTIS 연구정보를 LOD로 구축하여 공유하고, LOD 기반의 NTIS 연구 정보의 활용 방법을 제안한다. |

(English Abstract) |
NTIS(National Science & Technology Information Service) has opened the Research Information to improve the efficiency of research and development over the whole period of research development. Research information refers to everything related to research, including research projects, research organizations, researchers and research entity of project like paper, and patent. As for research and development, the investigation of previous research and related research is one of the important processes that must be carried out. Therefore, research information should be opened to everyone in a way that can be easily searched or utilized. In this paper, to improve the efficiency of searching and utilizing research information, we construct NTIS research information using LOD(Linked Open Data) and propose the method of utilizing NTIS research information based on LOD. |
