(English Abstract)
The microscopy based hyperspectral imaging system enables real-time imaging and analysis of capillaries with high spatiotemporal resolution. Imaging of the targeted microvasculature obtained through the proposed system enables the study of morphological features of blood vessels such as abnormal initiation and formations. In addition, it is highly applicable to physiological studies such as the oxygen transportation and concentration in the capillaries, and verification of the therapeutic effects of vascular diseases. Therefore, if the validity of the parameters that can be extracted from the acquired images containing the target capillaries is verified, it can be useful for the study to verify the effectiveness of early detection and treatment of vascular diseases using artificial intelligence system. In this study, we present the vasculature parameters from various morphological and physiological perspectives that can be used for early diagnosis of diseases.
