(English Abstract)
In this study, we developed an image processing system that can be used for pedestrian crossing. We developed Python and OpenCV to implement the image processing program that uses Raspberry pie to understand the number of passers by camera with mean-shift technique. It was developed to detect the number of people recognized by the camera and change the pedestrian signal according to a certain number. The raspberry pyro system can be used to improve the economic efficiency by planning the mid-level efficiency at a low cost, and it can be used as an appropriate technology in the underdeveloped countries.
