무인선이 본격적으로 인간의 생활공간에 들어와서 실용화되기 위하여는 사전에 유형, 무형 인프라가 구축 필요하게 된다. 무형 인프라는 무인선의 운항 허가를 위한 검사 기준, 절차 등의 인증 체계 수립과 기존 해상교통체계에 무인선이 편입됨에 따라 개정 혹은 신규 제정되어야 할 제반 법규가 검토 필요하다. |
영문내용
(English Abstract) |
In order for unmanned ships to enter into human living space in earnest and become practical, it is necessary to build a type and intangible infrastructure in advance. Intangible infrastructure needs to be revised or newly enacted as the unmanned ship is incorporated into the existing maritime transportation system and the establishment of the certification system such as inspection standards and procedures for the operation of unmanned ship. |
